Unlike local loose salt that clumps in monsoon and has sand/gypsum mixing, Khushboo uses vacuum evaporation + anti-caking agents so it stays free-flow 12 months. Plus, potassium iodate is added – not cheap potassium iodide – so iodine doesn’t evaporate while cooking.
